We are horrified by the murder of the young Jewish couple, Yaron Lischinsky and Sarah Milgrim, outside the Capital Jewish Museum in Washington DC on May 21. Our prayers are with their families and friends, and with our Jewish siblings across our nation.
Coming from diverse faiths and spiritual traditions, we stand together in solidarity against this tragic act of anti-Semitism and against all acts of hatred and violence.
Each of our faiths and spiritual traditions teaches us that every human life is precious. Let us work together for mutual understanding, respect, and human kindness that can spread, contagious, until all people can live in peace.
