Defending Human Rights in Central America

A Gathering with Noah Bullock, Executive Director of Cristosal

Saturday, April 18 | 11:00 am – 12:30 pm

555 Waverley Street (Parish Hall), Palo Alto

Free, but please RSVP so we can plan for your presence!

All Saints’ Palo Alto invites members of the local community to a brunch-time gathering with Noah Bullock, executive director of Cristosal, the leading human rights organization in Central America. Noah will be in conversation with Alberto Díaz-Cayeros, Senior Fellow at Stanford’s Freeman Spogli Institute for International Studies and Co-Director of the Democracy Action Lab. With renewed attention on U.S. relations with governments in the Northern Triangle of Central America (El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras), where Cristosal works, and the erosion of democracy and human rights in our hemisphere, as well as long-standing ties between our area and the region, there is much to reflect on and discuss. Brunch fare will be served. For more information and to RSVP, please follow this link.  And please feel welcome to share this invitation with others in your networks who may be interested!
