Description: This event is sponsored by SF Bay Area Friends of Standing Together
On May 3, Bay Area Peace Activists will gather at Lake Merritt Amphitheater in Oakland for an afternoon of collective creativity supporting a vision of peace and justice in Palestine and Israel. This event will be one of more than 20 coordinated solidarity actions taking place across North America, Europe, and Australia in solidarity with the “It’s Time People’s Peace Summit” in Jerusalem. The afternoon will include Palestinian, Israeli & American speakers as well as live music and a large-scale community protest art project.
